Construction notes:

First we will complete a seamless raglan sleeve jacket and then we will add the cape.The jacket is knitted in one piece starting at the collar and advancing top down. It consists of the following sections:

Cast on neck sts and make increases until reaching sleeve separation.
Work body after sleeve separation. Sleeve sts on hold.
Pick up sleeve sts and complete sleeve.
Work neckline with i-cord.
The cape or ruffle is formed by picking up the stitches around the neck and making a series of increases.

Gauge

In a 10×10 cm (4×4 in) gauge you should have 20 sts and 26 Rnds worked in the round in Stockinette stitch.
