You can wear them both to a special event, as well as in your day to day life. Knitwear is so comfortable, it caresses your skin and you won’t want to take it off.

Sizes: 1 (2, 3, 4, 5) with final measurement of the tee after blocking of 91 (100, 109, 118, 126) cm / 35.75 (39.25, 43, 46.5, 49.5) in.

Do you feel like knitting something different and challenging? That is the uda tee lace top knitting pattern.  Summer lace top or a winter vest with a delicate yarn? In the Aire tee lace top knitting pattern you will find the instructions to knit it in five sizes. Sizes 1 (2, 3, 4, 5)  with final measurement of the tee a between 91 and 126 cm / 35.75 and  49.5 in. You can measure a top you really like and choose the nearest size.

It is a very visual pattern, as it is fully graphed by sizes. On a single sheet you will have all the stitches to knit. There is no row by row description of the instructions. There are only the charts and the stitch description which includes several videos.

Recommendations

I do recommend that you have an intermediate level of knitting, so you don’t get frustrated. The lace is formed with increases and decreases, so if you are a very beginner, you may find it frustrating and that is the last thing I would like.

The pattern has been tech edited to check for any mistakes and tested by several testers to make sure they could follow it without any problems.

Construction notes:

The top is worked in the round up to the armhole. Continue working front and back flat. Sew the shoulder seams and knit the neck and sleeve ends.
The pattern could be easily adapted to work flat. It is described to work in the round, since lacework chart is easier to follow always facing RS.

To knit and purl, increase and decrease, and work in the round. The top pattern is charted only. I include a video to help you with charts if it is your first time. Support videos available for some stitches. Auxiliary photos for some steps provided.

  • Yarn: Katia Tencel-Cotton: 50gr, 120m (131 yds). 67% Lyocell – 33% Cotton
  • Amount: 4 (4, 4, 5, 5) skeins of 50gr
  • Total in meters: 480 (480, 480, 600, 600) m
  • Total in yds: 524 (524, 524, 655, 655) yds
  • 4 mm (US 6) circular needles for top
  • 3,5 mm (US 4) circular needles for neckline and armhole finishing
  • 4 Markers
  • Cable needle
  • Waste yarn or stitch holders
  • Tapestry needle

Gauge

In a 10×10 cm (4×4 in) gauge you should have 20 sts and 26 rows worked in the round in lace pattern.
