Amelie shawl knitting pattern.

This pattern is part of the lovely #20movieshawls collection by @lanasalpaca, inspired by iconic films — and this shawl is my personal tribute to one of the most magical stories ever told.

Awaken your senses and immerse yourself in another reality that often goes unnoticed. The movie Amelie invites us to appreciate the beauty in small things: savor the raspberry, touch the textures with your eyes closed. Clean your glasses and discover how your renewed vision will transform everything.

The maximum width of the shawl is 100 cm and the diagonal is 250 cm, although you can adjust the size as shown in the pattern.

The triangular construction starts at the narrowest end and increases by repeating the openwork. In the pattern you will find the instructions both in the chart if you like to follow it in a more visual way, and in written instructions if you prefer to follow the steps row by row.

Play with the textures of the openwork and the bodoques that will stand out on a reverse stockinette stitch base. The shawl ends with a wavy finish.
